Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. We regularly import members, patients, students, products and records from Excel sheets, registers and other software as part of onboarding - so you don't start from zero.
Is the software cloud-based or offline?
Most of our products are cloud-based, so you can access them from any device, anywhere. Where a business needs offline billing (like retail counters), we offer an offline-capable option that syncs when back online.
Will it work with our biometric or barcode hardware?
In most cases, yes - we integrate common fingerprint/RFID devices, barcode scanners and thermal printers. Share your device models in the demo and we'll confirm compatibility.
Is our data safe and does it belong to us?
