Yes - completely. The first call is about understanding your business and telling you honestly what we'd recommend, even if the answer is "you don't need this yet."
Do you work with clients outside Pune?
Absolutely. We work with clients across India and abroad over calls, WhatsApp and screen-shares. For videography and site shoots, we travel or coordinate local logistics depending on the project.
How do payments work?
Projects are milestone-based: a portion to start, the rest as agreed stages are delivered. Marketing retainers are billed monthly. Every payment is against a clear, written scope.
Can you sign an NDA before we discuss our idea?
